Controversial movie producer, Socrate Safo says he is excited his criticisms against Tinny’s “Badder Than Them (remix)” made the artiste record a far better song aimed at insulting him.

Tinny who has a feeling that the “Hot Fork” movie producer has an intense dislike for him and his music career following his (Socrate’s) comments, has released a song to attack his personality.

However, Mr. Safo, in an interview with Abrantepa on Radio Univers’ mid-morning show said he is unperturbed by the lyrics of the “Socrate Atanfo” song. He is highly convinced his candid opinion on the previous song made Tinny release a more mature and better song.

“I appreciated the artistic value he [Tinny] exhibited on the track but not the insults he showered on me. I am happy my criticisms on his “Badder Than Them” track made him improve upon his skills which had an impact on this very one. I am concerned about how he improves on his talent. He can insult me. I will not hit back at him. I know when he grows, he will realise his mistake. I forgive him so Ghanaians should also forgive him”, he noted.

Tinny is reported to have said that Socrate Safo hates him because while panellists were reviewing his song on Peace FM’s Entertainment Review show, “he [Socrate] decided to put my music aside and attack my person…He told me in the face that at my age if I have four children it means I was giving birth by heart. He said I am not a role model for his kids, he even said that after listening to my song, it sounded like noise and that all he could hear was noise from an accordion and that I should be ashamed for paying the sound engineer for the song”.

Mr. Safo in response has stated that: “I do not hate him. Tinny had the right to answer or refuse to answer all the questions I asked him but he chose to answer them the way he liked. He said I could hear only the accordion because I do not do music and even told me that next time I should write my questions before coming to the studio. He was the one who rather insulted me and got away with it. I can give birth to him so I allowed it to pass.
